Knowledge Empowers You (KEY) Charitable trust is a registered Islamic Welfare Organisation founded in 2016.
It's membership comprises of Scholars, Imaams, and other religious personnel serving the Muslim community.
KEY Charitable Trust was formed with the objective of enabling individuals and communities by facilitating educational activities and providing facilities such as schools, libraries and training centres. Our activities include scholarship programmes and financial relief for the poor and needy, widows, orphans, refugees and victims of natural disasters. The need is ever increasing and has been exacerbated by the global pandemic.

2024 RAMADHAN APPEAL
Alhamdulillah, since Jamiatul Banaat Tankaria opened its doors in March 2001, over 1000 students have completed their 6 year Alimiyya course and have graduated as qualified scholars of Islam.
Jamiatul Banaat Tankaria is also a registered school with the government of Gujraat and with their Islamic studies all students are required to complete the SSC & HSC curriculum (similar to UK GCSE & A Level exams).
Currently, 550 Students study at Jamiatul Banaat Tankaria, the current cost to sponsor one student for one year is £150. It is through your generous sponsorship and donations we can continue to support these students for whom otherwise it would be difficult to afford or pursue their studies.
